Plunkett founded Salary.com in 1999 to pursue a vision for integrating data and technology and filling a need for intuitive, on-demand compensation management tools. Since then, he has built Salary.com into a high-growth enterprise (a 2005 and 2006 "Inc. 500" honoree) delivering on-demand compensation and talent management software and data to thousands of corporate subscribers and over 100 million individuals.
Plunkett is a serial entrepreneur and web syndication pioneer whose credits include leadership roles at InfoSpace and developing the software version of the best selling career title, What Color is Your Parachute?. In addition, he served as the director of new business development at electronic phone directory publisher Pro CD, Inc. where he designed and launched four directory data and application software products.
Plunkett has a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) accreditation. He also received a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University where he was the Chairman of the George F. Baker Scholar Program. He currently serves on the College Board of Advisors at Georgetown.
Yong Zhang

With rich experience in Internet technology and Web business, Zhang joined Salary.com in 2000. He is responsible for process, methodology, technology and day-to-day operations of software-as-a-service innovation and delivery. Zhang focuses on customer implementation and professional services, enterprise product marketing and strategy, on-demand software architecture and product development, as well as data center and MIS operations.
Prior to his role at Salary.com, with his unique approach of committing to operational efficiency, market responsiveness, customer satisfaction and technology innovation, he successfully led and managed many e-Commerce and enterprise product architecture, development, and launch projects for Iconomy.com, Smart Route Systems, Inc., and Center for Health and Human Services.
Zhang holds a MBA degree from the Johnson Graduate School of Business at Cornell University, and a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a M.S. degree in Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. Zhang is certified by WorldatWork as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®).
Paul R. Daoust

Mr. Daoust has served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer, Since February 2005, of HighRoads, Inc., a privately held technology enabled solutions company providing benefits lifecycle management. From August 2003 to January 2005, Mr. Daoust was President of Daoust Consulting, LLC, a provider of management consulting services to early- and mid-stage companies. He was chairman of the board and chief executive officer of GRX Technologies, Inc.,a privately-held software company focused on supply chain management for the commercial insurance industry, from October 2000 to July 2003. Mr. Daoust also served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Watson Wyatt Worldwide, one of the world's largest human resource consulting firms, from June 1993 to June 1998. He worked for Watson Wyatt for 28 years and served on their board of directors for nine years.
Currently, Daoust serves on the board of Gevity HR, Inc., a publicly-traded provider of comprehensive employment management solutions, and on the advisory boards of Brodeur Worldwide (part of the Omnicom Group) and LaberMatrix, Inc.
Mr. Daoust holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Boston College and a Masters of Actuarial Science with distinction from the University of Michigan. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
Mr. Gregg is the founder and Managing Director of Bluewater Ventures Ltd., a private equity firm specializing in turnarounds and investments in the media and telecommunications sectors in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. From January 2003, when he founded Bluewater Ventures, to January 2004, Mr Gregg acted as Chief Restructuring Officer for Cablecom GmbH, Switzerland's largest cable operator. From 1994 to January 2003, Mr. Gregg held various senior positions at NTL Inc., a publicly-traded European broadband cable operator , including serving as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from June 1999 to January 2003. In his position as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gregg had primary responsibility for oversight of NTL's successful restructuring, which was commenced upon the filing of a voluntary petition for a pre-arranged joint reorganization plan under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on May 8, 2002 and completed on January 11, 2003.
Mr. Gregg holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Edward F. McCauley

Edward F. McCauley has served on our board of directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of our board since November 2006. Over a thirty-six year career at Deloitte & Touche until his retirement in 2001, Mr. McCauley served as Lead Audit Partner or Advisory Partner for a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, non-profit and regulated enterprises. Mr. McCauley is a board member of Mac-Gray Corporation, a publicly-traded laundry facilities management business, and is a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Inc., a health benefits provider.
Mr. McCauley holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Josephs University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
John R. Sumser rejoined the Salary.com board of directors in November 2006, having previously served as a member of the board from October 2001 to September 2003. Mr. Sumser is the founder and President of IBN: interbiznet.com, a leading source of analysis for the electronic recruiting industry. Through John Sumser Consulting, Mr. Sumser also provides consulting services regarding business strategy and development to companies in the human resources industry.
Mr. Sumser is the author of the Recruiters' Internet Survival Guide, the Electronic Recruiting Indices and the daily Electronic Recruiting News. Mr. Sumser holds a B.A. from the Catholic University of America.
Robert Trevisani

Mr. Trevisani is President of Southern Cay Consulting, a private consulting firm. From 2003 up to his retirement in June 2006, Mr. Trevisani was Of Counsel at Gadsby Hannah LLP and from 1967 to 2003, he was a partner at that law firm. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Trevisani was a board member of Computer Horizons, a publicly-traded information technology staffing and services firm that also provides temporary employee management software solutions. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Trevisani was Chairman of the Legal Practice Section of the International Bar Association.
Mr. Trevisani is also currently the President and a Trustee of the Commonwealth Charitable Fund, a Trustee of the Institute for Experimental Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Board of Overseers of Boston College Law School.
Terry Temescu is chairman and chief executive officer of Iron Leaf Capital Corp., a growth capital investment company, and was the founding partner of Lyric Capital, an institutional investment firm specializing in early stage private investments. Previously he was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and SmithBarney, and was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Concord General Corp., a diversified financial services company.
Mr. Temescu holds a B.S. degree from the State University of New York, and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
